RxART is thrilled to release Volume 9 of Between the Lines: An RxART Coloring Book by Contemporary Artists. Nina Chanel Abney created the vibrant cover and sticker spread, inspired by her 2022 RxART installation at NYC Health + Hospitals/Elhurst. Including Abney, Volume 9 features original drawings by 48 established and emerging contemporary artists. The coloring book is produced biennially and the majority of books are donated to pediatric patients in hospitals nationwide. Since 2005, more than 150,000 coloring books have been donated to children and families in hospitals across the country!
